$165 Silver by End of October 2015

Ian Williams said that “silver is about to enter a sustained bull market that will take the price from the current level of $32 an ounce to $165 an ounce and we expect this price to be hit at the end of October 2015.” That’s a 400% increase in 3 years.

Well, October 2015 has passed and Silver never reached $165. As I’ve said before, when I quote someone in the Watchlist, it does not necessarily mean I agree with the subject. Often, I use the Watchlist as a historical record, to separate the wheat from the chaff.
